As\u00ed lo demostr\u00f3 el 2\u00b0 encuentro de la Red, que se desarroll\u00f3 el viernes 8 de marzo pasado, en el D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl a\u00f1o pasado, en el primer encuentro, eran 6 o 7 chicas las que armaron y organizaron todo. Pese a que todav\u00eda hay prejuicios y dudas sobre los temas a abordar o temor a sentirse inc\u00f3modas, en este segundo encuentro la participaci\u00f3n fue mucho m\u00e1s amplia en todo sentido\u201d, destac\u00f3 Vanina Bianciotti, docente del \u00e1rea de Matem\u00e1tica de la facultad, una de las que organiz\u00f3 la actividad del viernes.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16259\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fica.unsl.edu.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/8m-remia-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1423\" height=\"942\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fica.unsl.edu.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/8m-remia-01.jpg 1423w, https:\/\/www.fica.unsl.edu.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/8m-remia-01-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fica.unsl.edu.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/8m-remia-01-1024x678.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.fica.unsl.edu.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/8m-remia-01-768x508.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1423px) 100vw, 1423px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsas chicas del primer encuentro mostraron que la Red es necesaria, que hay muchas cosas para trabajar y que no se trata de ir en contra de nadie, sino que apuntamos al trabajo colaborativo, a que se sientan m\u00e1s seguras en los lugares de estudio y de trabajo como potenciales ingenieras\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El 2\u00b0 encuentro se desarroll\u00f3 en el Aula 17 con la participaci\u00f3n de estudiantes y docentes de la FICA, lo que Bianciotti tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 de manera especial: \u201cEs valiosa la transmisi\u00f3n de la experiencia personal, porque son herramientas que las estudiantes pueden tomar para construir. Precisamente es eso lo que queremos: potenciarlas, fomentar el liderazgo, el trabajo en equipo, darles valor agregado a las estudiantes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La docente coment\u00f3 que durante el encuentro surgieron varios aspectos para el debate. Uno de ellos fue la necesidad de reforzar las redes de contacto entre las mujeres. \u201cEs algo que los hombres, por una cuesti\u00f3n cultural, lo tienen m\u00e1s arraigado y eso los ayuda en todos los \u00f3rdenes, tanto en el estudio, como en el trabajo. Nosotras aplaudimos esa herramienta porque creemos que se muy valiosa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Otros ejes de reflexi\u00f3n fueron fomentar el trabajo en equipo, el autoconocmiento, fortalecer liderazgo y la autoestima. Tambi\u00e9n la organizaci\u00f3n de futuros encuentros y actividades para el corriente a\u00f1o. \u201cSe habl\u00f3 de lo valioso que fue como experiencia la Mesa de Debate en la Semana de la
