{"id":22405,"date":"2026-04-24T13:18:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-24T16:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fica.unsl.edu.ar\/?p=22405"},"modified":"2026-04-24T15:04:55","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T18:04:55","slug":"ingenieria-industrial-simulacion-de-entrevistas-fortalece-competencias-profesionales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fica.unsl.edu.ar\/index.php\/ingenieria-industrial-simulacion-de-entrevistas-fortalece-competencias-profesionales\/","title":{"rendered":"Ingenier\u00eda Industrial: Simulaci\u00f3n de entrevistas fortalece competencias profesionales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"25\" data-end=\"263\">En una jornada marcada por el aprendizaje pr\u00e1ctico y la vinculaci\u00f3n con el sector productivo, estudiantes de 5.\u00b0 a\u00f1o de la carrera de Ingenier\u00eda Industrial participaron de una actividad especial vinculada a la gesti\u00f3n de capital humano.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"871\">La actividad estuvo centrada en las nuevas tendencias de reclutamiento y la preparaci\u00f3n para el mercado laboral, estructur\u00e1ndose bajo la metodolog\u00eda de entrevistas grupales, que simulan los procesos de selecci\u00f3n utilizados actualmente por las organizaciones. En este contexto, se plantearon preguntas orientadas a analizar los distintos tipos de respuesta de las y los postulantes, as\u00ed como su lenguaje verbal y no verbal. Adem\u00e1s, se desarroll\u00f3 una din\u00e1mica grupal en la que estudiantes debieron resolver un problema breve, lo que permiti\u00f3 evaluar su desempe\u00f1o, capacidad de an\u00e1lisis y trabajo en equipo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"1058\">En una etapa previa, estudiantes trabajaron en la confecci\u00f3n de sus curr\u00edculums y participaron de una instancia inicial de entrevista mediante herramientas de inteligencia artificial.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1433\">La propuesta fue organizada por las ingenieras Paola Vilchez y Eugenia Rimini, con el objetivo de fortalecer el desarrollo de competencias profesionales en estudiantes y dar respuesta a las actuales exigencias del mercado laboral. <strong>Esta iniciativa forma parte del Proyecto de Extensi\u00f3n \u201cTecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n aplicadas a la resoluci\u00f3n de problem\u00e1ticas socioambientales\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1759\">El simulacro cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>dos licenciadas formadas en la Universidad Nacional de San Luis<\/strong>, quienes aportaron su experiencia desde el campo profesional: <strong>las licenciadas Mara N\u00fa\u00f1ez (directora y fundadora de Climb UP y gerente de RR. HH. en STEEL SRL) y Cecilia Olgu\u00edn (gerente de RR. Tras el ejercicio, las profesionales brindaron un espacio de devoluci\u00f3n y recomendaciones personalizadas, incluyendo el an\u00e1lisis detallado de los curr\u00edculums elaborados. Este tipo de instancia enriqueci\u00f3 significativamente la propuesta, permitiendo a las y los futuros ingenieros identificar oportunidades de mejora, fortalecer su comunicaci\u00f3n y potenciar su perfil profesional tanto en entrevistas como en la presentaci\u00f3n de sus CV.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2621\">Desde la FICA se destac\u00f3 y agradeci\u00f3 la apertura de estudiantes hacia esta propuesta, as\u00ed como la colaboraci\u00f3n de las profesionales externas. Estas acciones, en el \u00e1mbito de la extensi\u00f3n universitaria, fortalecen la formaci\u00f3n integral y contribuyen a la preparaci\u00f3n frente a los desaf\u00edos humanos y t\u00e9cnicos de la
