Lic. M\u00f3nica Alcira P\u00e1ez, acompa\u00f1ada por parte del equipo de gesti\u00f3n de la carrera: la codirectora, Mgtr. Nora Andrada, y las coordinadoras, Mgtr. Margarita Montenegro y Mgtr. Marcia Micca Ram\u00edrez. Tambi\u00e9n acompa\u00f1aron este importante acontecimiento acad\u00e9mico docentes y autoridades del Departamento de Ciencias Agropecuarias y Procesos Industriales.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el acto se dio una c\u00e1lida bienvenida a los 12 maestrandos que integran esta nueva cohorte, quienes provienen de diversas disciplinas vinculadas al sector agroalimentario, entre ellas Ingenier\u00eda Agron\u00f3mica, Licenciatura en Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda de los Alimentos, Bioqu\u00edmica y Medicina Veterinaria. En sus palabras de apertura, las autoridades destacaron el valor de la formaci\u00f3n de posgrado como herramienta para fortalecer la investigaci\u00f3n, la innovaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gico, promoviendo la formaci\u00f3n de profesionales altamente capacitados para responder a los desaf\u00edos del sector agroalimentario.<\/p>\n<p>Finalizado el acto inaugural, dio comienzo la primera actividad acad\u00e9mica correspondiente al ciclo com\u00fan de la carrera, con el dictado del curso &#8220;Metodolog\u00eda y Epistemolog\u00eda de la Ciencia&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo docente de este espacio curricular est\u00e1 conformado por la Dra. Laura Raquel Sosa, como profesora responsable; la Mgtr. Andrea M\u00f3nica Videla, como profesora colaboradora; y el Ing. Agr. Emmanuel Fernando Bacha, como docente auxiliar. Antes del inicio de la clase, los integrantes del equipo docente dirigieron unas palabras de bienvenida a los maestrandos, resaltando la importancia del compromiso acad\u00e9mico, la formaci\u00f3n interdisciplinaria y el intercambio de conocimientos como pilares fundamentales de la trayectoria de posgrado que comienzan.<\/p>\n<p>Con el inicio de esta quinta cohorte, la Maestr\u00eda en Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda de Agroalimentos reafirma el compromiso de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda y Ciencias Agropecuarias y de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis con la formaci\u00f3n de recursos humanos de excelencia, contribuyendo al desarrollo cient\u00edfico, tecnol\u00f3gico y sostenible del sector agroalimentario de la regi\u00f3n y del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gmedia_gallery phantom_module
