Gabriela Isabel Alaniz realiz\u00f3 la defensa oral y p\u00fablica de su tesis de la Maestr\u00eda en Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda de Agroalimentos.<\/p>\n<p>La tesis denominada \u201cDesarrollo de un alimento libre de gluten con el agregado de harina de topinambur como fuente de fibra dietaria\u201d, fue dirigida por la Mag. Mirta Possetto y coodirigida por la Dra. Liliana Grzona.<\/p>\n<p>El jurado estuvo integrado por la Dra. Alejandra Ricca (INTA), la Dra. Noelia Rinaldoni (UNSL) y la Dra. Mar\u00eda Cecilia \u00c1vila (UNSL).<\/p>\n<p>La calificaci\u00f3n obtenida fue SOBRESALIENTE.<\/p>\n<p>La FICA felicita a la nueva Mag.
