A."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Departamento de Ciencias Agropecuarias informa que el jueves 26 de mayo de 2022, estudiantes de 5\u00ba a\u00f1o que cursan la Asignatura Cereales y Oleaginosas, pertenecientes a la Carrera de Ingenier\u00eda Agron\u00f3mica, realizaron un viaje de Complementaci\u00f3n Pr\u00e1ctica\u00a0 al establecimiento \u201cPaso de Las Carretas\u201d de Ser Beef S. A., en la localidad de Granville (San Luis). Fueron recibidos por el Ing. Agr. Nicol\u00e1s R\u00edos Centeno (Responsable de agricultura de la empresa), quien los condujo a los diferentes lotes de producci\u00f3n, previamente establecidos en la hoja de ruta estipulada.<\/p>\n<p>Esta capacitaci\u00f3n ha sido programada en el marco del Proyecto que present\u00f3 recientemente la Carrera de Agronom\u00eda (FICA-UNSL) al Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca de La Naci\u00f3n (MAGyP), dentro del <strong>Programa de intensificaci\u00f3n sustentable de la producci\u00f3n de soja, ma\u00edz y trigo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La delegaci\u00f3n de alumnos fue acompa\u00f1ada por el Ing. Agr. Juan Pablo Odetti perteneciente a la Universidad Nacional de San Luis.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la recorrida los estudiantes observaron y participaron de las siguientes tareas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Voleo de esti\u00e9rcol proveniente de un Feed Lot propio que alberga alrededor de 60.000 cabezas, sobre lotes agr\u00edcolas en barbecho con destino a la siembra de ma\u00edz.<\/li>\n<li>Funcionamiento de un equipo de riego por aspersi\u00f3n (tipo Pivot central), automatizaci\u00f3n, necesidad de riego, tipo de l\u00e1mina a regar, etc. En esta parada se profundiz\u00f3 sobre la importancia de evitar situaciones de erosi\u00f3n h\u00eddrica.<\/li>\n<li>Lote con un cultivo invernal (centeno), en pastoreo rotativo.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivo de Vicia en estadios vegetativos tempranos, realizado como un \u201ccultivo de servicio\u201d, cuyo objetivo, adem\u00e1s de la cobertura del suelo, es aumentar la fertilidad mediante la fijaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica de nitr\u00f3geno por parte de la leguminosa.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivo de ma\u00edz listo para cosechar. Se observaron las caracter\u00edsticas del h\u00edbrido implantado, estimaci\u00f3n de rendimiento a trav\u00e9s de las mediciones de sus componentes.<\/li>\n<li>Al finalizar el Ing.
